Arbeitsweise
1. Problem verstehen
Ich analysiere, wo Anfragen verloren gehen, welche Daten fehlen und wo Mitarbeiter Zeit verlieren.
2. Prozess strukturieren
Ich baue klare Abläufe: Fragen, Pflichtfelder, Status, Übergabe und Verantwortlichkeiten.
3. Digitale Lösung entwickeln
Ich entwickle stabile, produktionsreife Systeme auf Basis von Python, FastAPI und n8n, die sich nahtlos in bestehende Infrastrukturen integrieren lassen.
Als product-oriented Engineer übernehme ich die Verantwortung für Feature-Design, UX, Architektur und technische Umsetzung – so entstehen Lösungen, die im operativen Alltag echten Mehrwert liefern.
